How does it all work?
Independent business Owner
- To become an Independent Business Owner (IBO) you must:
(a) Be of legal
age (at least 18 years old) (b) Have a referrer's ID and an up line
ID; (c) Supply all necessary information at the on-line Business Owner
Registration Form on the official website of the Company; (d) Pay a
non-refundable registration fee in advance or purchase a Starter-kit, the
price of which includes the Registration Fee.(Currently registration fee is
460.00 ETB)
- For applications other than for a natural person, all legal documents
along with stockholder details for applying legal entity shall be produced.
They shall be submitted within 10 days from the date of application to the
Company’s head or branch offices. Failure to produce such documents may cause
the application to be rejected.
- In the event of any changes in Directorships or Shareholder in said
entities, they shall immediately inform the Company the change(s) and the
Company shall have the right at its sole judgment to terminate or confirm
their Independent Business Ownership
- If an applicant submits multiple on-line Business Owner Application Forms
which list different referrers, only the first completed application received
by the Company will be accepted.
- A Customer of the Company who later applies to become a Business Owner,
his last referrer for his purchase shall also be his sponsor of his Business
Ownership unless the Customer's last purchase from the Company was more than
six (6) months before his Business Owner application and in his application he
states another Business Owner as his sponsor.
- The applicant will only be a Business Owner if his application is received
and accepted by the Company. The Company has the right to accept or decline
any application at its sole judgment. In the case of rejection, a notice will
be given to the applicant with a complete refund including those listed in (d)
above.
- Person or entity may not apply as a Business Owner using a fictitious or
assumed name.
Appointment
- Once the Company accepts an applicant’s Business Owner application, the
Company will grant to the applicant a Business Owner status within the
Compensation Plan by sending to him a written notice and thereafter the
applicant becomes a Business Owner. The Company will give the Business Owner a
Business Owner Identification Number. The Business Owner shall include his
Business Owner Identification Number in all his orders and correspondences
with the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw the said acceptance at its sole
discretion within 60 days after receipt of the application. Upon rescission of
the acceptance, the Company shall give notice to the applicant to notify him
of the rescission. However, the Company is not obliged to give any reason to
the applicant for the Company’s decision to withdrawal.
Commence referring
After your application is accepted and gets confirmation
you should take different packages of trainings and you can start referring
people to join our marketing network and thereby earn commission.
Renewal
- The appointment of a Business Owner is for a term of one calendar year
only. A Business Owner must renew his Business Ownership semi-annually on or
before the registration date. Subject to any relevant requirements under the
Compensation Plan, the Business Owner has a right to renew the Agreement by
paying the non-refundable Annual Administration Fee on or before the
Anniversary Date. If a Business Owner fails to renew the Agreement on or
before the Anniversary Date, he will thereafter have a grace period of thirty
(30) days to pay the Annual Administration Fee. If Annual Administration Fee
is paid within the thirty (30) days, he will be deemed to have been renewed
his Agreement on his registration date in that year.
- A Business Owner has the right not to renew his Agreement at his sole
discretion. If a Business Owner does not renew his Business Ownership on or
before his registration date and before the expiry of the grace period, he
shall be deemed to have voluntarily terminated his Business Ownership with the
Company and thereby loses his Business Owner status, all sponsorship rights,
his TCs in the Genealogy and all rights to commissions and/or bonuses since
the date of his last registration date on or before which he should have paid
the Annual Administration Fee in order to renew his Business Ownership
.Business Owner who fail to renew their Business Ownerships may not reapply
under a new sponsor for a twelve (12) calendar month period after non-renewal.
Registration procedure
To register initially visit www.freezonenet.com and
click on the register button(or registration link) which will land you on the
registration page. There, you must provide your referrer's ID, your up line's
ID, your account type (company or individual), and your payment information (to
be done first, on the right side). After you read and agree to the policy and
procedures, you will be forwarded to the next form, where you will fillout your
personal information. Finally the system will give you registration confirmation
receipt and your new User's ID. |
